Jay and Cinnamon Covert serve in East St. Louis as urban U.S Missionaries. With the help of their team members, they planted 11 Urban Outreach centers in 10 cities over the past 23 years. Their mission is to reach the outcast, addicted and street-hardened with unconventional methods.
