Jay and Nancy Dickerson serve as Area Directors for the Central American missionary family. They are passionate about missionary training and mobilizing new workers for the unreached areas of LAC. The Dickersons are working to raise up young leaders who embrace Godly character to impact their world for Christ. They also serve on staff at FirstNLR as the Pastors of Latino Ministry.
