Randy and Tessa Payne serve in Kenya, Africa. He teaches biblical studies at various sites across East Africa and develops resources for Bible schools on the continent. Tessa is a critical care advanced practice provider. She develops church-based medical clinics, works with Vital Solutions, Africa Oasis, and serves on the WorldServe Kenya board.
