Tim and Elle Bentley are the founding directors of Cry of the Balkans. Their vision is to see 100 churches established in the next 25 years. Elle serves as the director of Global University Macedonia and the Compassion Ministries Coordinator for Cry of the Balkans. She has a passion to see Macedonian women become everything God created them to be. They have two children, Bruin and Irena.
